Absolutely. We accept logo and artwork files in CDR, AI, EPS, PDF, or high-resolution PNG formats. Our in-house design team will place your branding precisely and share a digital mockup for approval before we go into production. There are no hidden design charges for standard customisation.
MOQ varies by product type. As a general guide:
  • Engraved trophies and awards — MOQ from 10 units
  • Promotional merchandise — MOQ from 25–50 units
  • Corporate hampers — MOQ from 20 units
  • Personalised individual gifts — No MOQ

Standard production time is 7 to 14 working days from the date of design approval and payment confirmation. Lead times may vary based on:
  • Order quantity and complexity
  • Type of customisation required
  • Seasonal demand (Diwali, New Year, etc.)

Express production is available for select products at an additional charge. Please mention your deadline when enquiring.

Pricing & Payments

Yes — the more you order, the better the price per unit. We offer tiered bulk pricing across most product categories. We also provide special annual pricing for corporate clients who place repeat or volume orders throughout the year. Contact our sales team for a custom quotation with bulk pricing details.

Our quoted prices are generally exclusive of GST. GST will be applied as per the applicable government rates and clearly mentioned in your final invoice. We are a GST-registered business and provide valid tax invoices for all orders — making it easy for companies to claim input tax credit (ITC).

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. Royal Gift India delivers pan India — including metros, Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, cantonments, and defence establishments. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of all orders, including fragile and premium gifting items.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes:
  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) — 2 to 4 working days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 4 to 7 working days
  • Remote areas and defence stations — 7 to 10 working days

Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
Express delivery is available for select non-customised products in major cities. For urgent customised orders, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline. Additional charges may apply for express production and courier.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for non-customised products in unused and original condition within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Customised and personalised products are non-returnable and non-refundable under normal circumstances, as they are made specifically to your requirements. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will replace or rectify the order at no additional cost. This is why we always send a digital design proof for your approval before production.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging
  • Mention your order number

We will investigate and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at the earliest — at no extra cost to you.
