Returns Policy and Replacements

We want you to be happy with your Indian Defence Souvenirs order. If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 7 days of receipt.

How to Return

• Email us at enquiry@aliceblue-trout-552354.hostingersite.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back. We won’t accept returns without confirmation.

Return Costs

• If the return is our fault, we’ll pay for return shipping.
•  For size/color exchanges, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost to us, and we’ll ship the replacement to you at no extra charge.

Non-Delivery

 If a delivery fails due to reasons like the recipient not available or an incomplete address, you’ll still be charged for the order.

Returning Gifts

• When returning a gift, the recipient will receive an Royal Gift India Gift Card for the amount of the returned merchandise. This card can be used for purchases online or at any Royal Gift India Store.
• For gifts valued above a certain amount, the recipient will receive a check instead of a Gift Card to comply with Indian law.

Refund Policy by Royal Gift India:

• If an item for replacement is not available, we will offer alternative options, but the final decision rests with the customer.
• If an order cannot be shipped on time, we provide refunds upon customer request.
•  100% refund is given if a product is unavailable.
•  Refunds are made via bank transfer to the customer’s bank account.
• Refunds are processed within 15 days of receiving the request, often completed sooner.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

We suggest using a courier or insured parcel service to return items.

Royal Gift India is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. We do not refund shipping or insurance costs. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back. If the item is damaged during shipping, Royal Gift India is not liable.
